Deviled Eggs With Candied Bacon

Saddleback’s Deviled Eggs start with hard boiled eggs, we split the eggs in half and remove the yolk. The yolk is saved to use in the filling along with (Michigan Mustard, Spicy Vinegar, pork rub, and mayo). We top the eggs with homemade candied bacon made with smoked pork belly. If you’ve never had a chance to try deviled eggs I highly recommend them, they’re shockingly delicious!
