Assembly – Downtown Mason

Assembly is a full-service restaurant coming to downtown Mason in summer 2026. The concept focuses on familiar food done exceptionally well, featuring a small, intentional menu of elevated classics alongside cocktails, beer, and wine. Located in the heart of downtown, it is designed to be a neighborhood spot for everyday dining, drinks, and special occasions.

About Us

Saddleback BBQ opened in REO Town in 2015 and expanded to Okemos in 2017. We’ve built a reputation for quality BBQ and strong community roots.

Slice by Saddleback carries that same approach into handcrafted pizza with bold, simple flavors.

Coach's Pub & Grill is a neighborhood sports bar with great food, a year-round patio, and community-focused events.

Assembly is our newest concept, bringing a refined but approachable dining experience to downtown Mason.
