Saddleback Matt & Team teaches a virtual 1-2 hour class on everything you need to know about Brisket. From trimming to smoking. You will also receive a full 16-18lb Certified Angus Beef Brisket, Saddleback Beef Spice Rub, Sweet & Savory, Michigan Mustard BBQ Sauce, Butchers Paper, & Gloves. The class will be provided in January or February. We will pick a date that works for everyone. The training will be held over Zoom video conferencing. We will limit the class size so that the students can ask questions and engage with Saddleback Matt. This class is designed for the beginner to casual barbecue fan. It is not a competition class. Attendees should leave with a good understanding of what it takes to cook a great brisket in their backyard. NOTE: When placing your order. Select "Pick Up" and disregard the date and time. We are using a food ordering system to sell these tickets, so it's not a perfect system. We will work on getting something better. Thank you for understanding.
