Thank You, West Lansing ❤️
After years of serving pizza in West Lansing, our lease has come to an end. We made the difficult decision not to renew. Our final day of service at this location was Saturday, May 24.
This decision was not made lightly. The past two years have been especially challenging for the restaurant industry. Like many small businesses, we spent time reflecting on how to build a stronger, more sustainable future. Ultimately, we realized that consolidating operations would allow us to focus more energy and resources on the locations and projects that provide the most value for our guests and team.
Closing West Lansing Slice gives us the opportunity to invest more deeply in our other locations, improve operations, and pursue exciting new initiatives across the Saddleback Restaurant Group. One major step in that direction was the recent addition of Coach’s Pub & Grill, which opens new possibilities for growth.
Every team member from the West Lansing location has transitioned to our South Lansing Slice location, so you will continue to see the same great food and familiar faces. All gift cards and loyalty points remain valid at South Lansing Slice and all other Saddleback Restaurant Group locations.
We are incredibly grateful to the West Lansing community. Thank you for the years of support, the feedback, and the memories. We hope to continue serving you at one of our other nearby locations.
