Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work with the United States Postal Service ("USPS") to ship our products.  Specifically, we use the USPS Priority Mail service.  Our goal is always to get orders to our customers as soon as possible.  As soon as we receive your order in one of our locations, we will promptly ship it to you.  Generally, once we send your order out for delivery, it will take 1-3 business days for you to receive it.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping rates generally adhere to the following if you live in the United States: 

0 - 4 lbs -$9
4.1 - 8lbs - $18
8.1 - 12lbs - $27
12.1 - 16lbs -$36
16.1 - 20lbs -$45

Prices are subject to change depending on where exactly you are located. Saddleback will use either a Regional Rate Box or Padded Flat Rate Envelope to ship orders, with the goal of keeping prices as close to the above rates as possible.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, including whether or not the customer will be required to pay for shipping the return.
