Burnt Ends are a BBQ Favorite.
We serve burnt ends on Friday's at Saddleback BBQ. Throughout the week we save up the flavorful cuts from the point of the smoked brisket we serve. We then smoke them and toss them in our housemade Red Sauce. They go fast on Friday's so get here early if you want to enjoy what many in BBQ consider a delicacy and one of the staples of Kansas City Style BBQ.
